In the most challenging of circumstances, the Class of 2021 had a very special year and made a significant impact on the school and in particular the Senior Centre. The Class of 2021 impressed us all greatly by displaying tremendous resilience, determination, support and connectedness throughout the entire year whether on or off site. In addition to navigating the challenges of the Global Pandemic, they supported one another through the challenges of Year 12 and together developed strong and consistent work ethics and we are pleased to announce that their hard work has resulted in a very strong set of results.
Just over 42% of students attained an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) over 80 placing them in the top 20% of the State and the Class of 2021 achieved a median (ATAR) of 77.6, which places the top half of our students in the top 22.4% of the State.
Individually, there were some outstanding achievements.
Our School Captain, Charlotte Lawyer is our DUX for 2021 attaining an ATAR of 98.1, closely followed by our Proxime Accessit, Perri Teoh who attained an ATAR of 97.3.
Other outstanding VCE achievements include a number of study scores of 45 and above:
