Balcombe Beats Isolation Competition

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Online Performing Arts Competition ‘Balcombe Grammar Beats Isolation’.

We wish to congratulate the following students who placed as our overall winners:

  • Original Music/ Drama piece – Kea Lamb-Hunkin, Year 7 
  • Original Music piece – Jackson Wilkes, Year 8 and Amy Limpens, Year 6 
  • Original Media piece – Millie Watson-Biggar, Year 8

Performing Arts Co-ordinator, Ms Christina Burton said the students went out of their way to write music, sing and record, and animate showing amazing talents in the Performing Arts, while also showing their feelings about beating isolation.

The Performing Arts Department would like to say thank you to all those who entered. They are all very talented students and we appreciated the wonderful response we had from those who participated in our competition last term. We certainly do have amazing talent at Balcombe!
