The Annual General Meeting for the Balcombe Grammar School Parents and Friends Committee (PFC) will be held on Tuesday 27 November 2018 at 7:00pm in the BGS meeting room in the administration building next to reception.
The BGS PFC relies on the generosity and commitment of volunteers who play an active role in supporting the school community. Becoming involved in PFC activities is a great way to connect with BGS students and families.
Monthly meetings in 2019 will be held on Wednesday mornings at 8:50am.
If you are unable to attend these meetings but would still like to become involved, there is an opportunity for you to become an event volunteer and assist at certain events throughout the year. The PFC would be grateful for anyway you can help whether it be for one event or more. Please fill in a nomination form and select the volunteer option.
The current Treasurer and Secretary won’t be continuing in their positions next year, so if you feel you would be interested please fill in a nomination form. Anyone interested in joining the general committee is also welcome.
