Repeat Success at Nationals

We are thrilled to report that our very own karate kid, Year 4 student, Maggie, repeated her success from last year.

At the Australian Karate Championships held in South Australia this year, Maggie competed in the Under 10 Years Kumite division and proudly came away with a bronze medal, finishing third overall in her category.

Her results were:

• Fight 1: 4–0 Win
• Fight 2: 1–1 Draw
• Fight 3: 6–0 Win

Dad, Brian said Maggie showed great focus, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the competition, and we are incredibly proud of her hard work and effort.

Maggie is now focused and excited to keep training with her sights set on the World Championships in four years.
