Ensemble Program Online Form

Balcombe offers a range of ensembles that are available free of charge to all students. Joining is as simple as returning this form or discussing with Mr. Walterfang which group may suit you best. Being a member of an ensemble means you get experience from working with a specialist director, have an opportunity to refresh at weekly rehearsals, make new friends and represent the school in performances. I invite and hope that you will consider music as a part of your weekly school routine.

 

    I give permission for my child to participate in the ensembles program including rehearsals, events and activities during the school year. I will also help them to establish and maintain a consistent home practice routine. I understand that ensemble members need to be in attendance at on/off campus venues, and be collected, at the times advised for specific events.
    Students are required to commit to a minimum of one full year's participation in their ensemble, attend all rehearsals, events and activities involving their ensembles and practice at home for 20 minutes per night.
